Zombie Linemen

I painted the flesh for these gentlemen differently to the Werewolves. I went for a sickly green. I like how this looks, but that does leave me a little unsure of how to paint the Ghouls. I was going to do them green, I might paint them a bluer green.

  • Flesh:
    • Base: 50% Green Sky (VMC 70.974) & 50% French Mirage Blue (70.900) & Touch of Dark Sea Blue (70.898)
    • Wash: French Mirage Blue (70.900)
    • Highlight I: 67% Green Sky (VMC 70.974) & 33% French Mirage Blue (70.900)
    • Highlight II: Green Sky (VMC 70.974)
    • Wounds: 50% Hull Red (VMC 70.985) & 50% Brown Shade (VGC 73.200)
  • Bones:
    • Base: 83% Ivory (VMC 70.918) & 17% Japan Uniform WWII (70.923)
    • Wash: 50% Hull Red (VMC 70.985) & 50% Brown Shade (VGC 73.200)
  • Teeth:
    • Base: Ivory (VMC 70.918)
    • Wash: Brown Shade (VGC 73.200)
  • Stitches:
    • Base: Ivory (VMC 70.918)
    • Wash: 50% Hull Red (VMC 70.985) & 50% Brown Shade (VGC 73.200)

I also did some tweaks to the uniform colours:

  • Shirt/Pads:
    • Base: Cavalry Brown (VMC 70.982)
    • Highlight I: 50% Cavalry Brown (VMC 70.982) & 50% Rose Brown (VMC 70.803)
    • Highlight II: Rose Brown (VMC 70.803)
    • Shadow: Hull Red (VMC 70.985)
  • Trousers:
    • Base: Yellow Ochre (VMC 70.913)
    • Shadow: 50% Yellow Ochre (VMC 70.913) & 50% Sepia Shade (VGC 73.200)
    • Highlight I: Golden Yellow (VMC 70.948)
    • Highlight II: Pale Sand (VMC 70.837) – only tiny points
    • Stripe: Cavalry Brown (VMC 70.982)
  • Boots:
    • Base: Black Grey (VMC 70.862)
    • Wash: Black Wash (VGC 73.201)
    • Drybrush I: Grey Green (VMC 70.866)
    • Drybrush II: 50% Grey Green (VMC 70.866) & 50% Medium Sea Grey (VMC 70.870)
